This is a static informational website. The supplied pages do not provide accounts, purchases, advertising, analytics scripts or a server-side contact form. The site contact for privacy questions is [email protected].
Local message tool
The contact tool processes the name, optional email address, selected subject and message you enter within your browser. The site code does not transmit those fields or save them in localStorage. The browser may independently retain form entries, restore a tab or use autofill according to your own settings.
Copying writes the generated text to your device clipboard when permitted. Other applications or device features may be able to read clipboard contents under their own rules. Downloading creates a text file on your device. You control its storage, sharing and deletion. Clear the clipboard or remove downloaded files yourself if needed.
Email correspondence
If you send email, the recipient receives your address, the contents and any information included by your email service. Correspondence is used to consider the question or correction, respond where appropriate and protect against abuse. Do not send sensitive personal information or details you are not authorised to share.
Messages should be retained only as needed to handle the correspondence and any legitimate legal or security requirements. No fixed retention period is promised by this static website. Ask the contact address about access, correction or deletion of correspondence; applicable legal obligations may limit a request.
Browser preferences
The cookie settings page can store one preference under polar-storage-preference in localStorage. Its values record “accepted” or “essential”; they do not contain a name or message. It remains until you clear it, clear site data or your browser removes it. See Cookie Settings for controls and the distinction between cookies and localStorage.
Hosting and external services
Requesting a page necessarily exposes connection information, such as an IP address, to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting services may keep access or security logs under their own configuration and policies. This page does not assert a specific log provider, retention period or processing location.
Images are referenced as local assets. The page code does not load external fonts, scripts or embedded media. If you follow an external reference or email link, the destination service handles your interaction under its own policies.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without completing the contact tool, decline optional storage preferences, clear site data and avoid sending email. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Contact us with enough information to identify the correspondence concerned, without sending unnecessary identity documents.
